I interviewed a wise and generous yoga therapist, Dr Lisa Kaley-Isley, to get her take on the seasonal slump. She’s a psychoanalyst as well as a yoga teacher, and has so much good stuff to say about why people get sad and how they can bring more light and joy into their winter lives.
